And while your head is spinning, hold tight, it’s just beginning

Naughty Needles Burlesque was a smashing success. Check out my pics to view the awesome. My screenprinted posters did not turn out as awesome, so I will not be selling those, but I put the full color prints up on Etsy. Check ‘em out! Buy ‘em! Support my habit (of eating and paying rent!) In other news? Bunny threw up the other morning, and when I cleaned it up, there was a tiny robot arm in the puddle. Evidently? My dog fights tiny robots while I sleep. I have a spy pal who suggests that Bunny needs more training - “She needs to learn, however, that removing a limb isn’t fatal to the tiny robots, and that robot may be back for her. Put your man (or tiny robot) down, and put your man (or tiny robot) out.” So while Bunny may be mighty, she is not yet up to covert ops. In other other news? I am so tired of drawing pigeons. Soon I will be drawing a mutant cabaret, and I am really looking forward to that, but right now? Lots and LOTS of pigeons. They have so many feathers. Ugh. |

thanks to The Flaming Lips (Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots, Pt.1)
Her name is Bunny
She’s a black belt in dogate
Working for the city
She has to discipline her body
Cause she knows that
It’s demanding to defeat those evil machines
I know she can eat them
Oh Bunny
They don’t believe me
But you won’t let those robots eat me…

Okay, you can’t substitute “Bunny” for “yoshimi” without really hanging on to that N and almost trilling the Y, which is more fun than it sounds.
Two, I don’t know why “dogate” is funny, but it totally is.
