Giant Burgers to Go

This guy, this photographer, Thomas Hawk? He is freaking KILLING me with how excellent his photos are. He is shooting Oakland and making me terribly homesick. I ate many bags of 3am french fries from that Giant Burger, cooked by dudes who could not give a damn.

In other news:
They said something very nice about me (and Rent Girl) on Bookslut. The only thing I don’t quite understand is the endpapers comment. The book hella had endpapers!

I have become a total Flickr slut as of late. It is quite the addictive substance. I make sets of what other people find interesting, wander around forever, following rabbit holes of groups, pools and fav’d images. It’s like Wikipedia, without all those annoying words.

Hmm, what else has happened? My family is insane, as ever, and the Baby Monster evidently misses me. She’s rad and sends me presents. I love her.

Oh, Ham peed on my bed and bit my leg today. Evidently our détente is off.
